I think that relationship between personal ethics and business ethics is simply ethics used in one’s personal life and ethics utilized by one in dealing with business activities or with individuals related to business in an organization. However, there is much more to just understanding the difference on the surface level. This is because personal ethics and business ethics are interrelated as well as correlated in the sense that an individual having a strong sense of ethics can utilize ethics in the personal level as well as in the business or corporate level in a wise manner.
